Successfully delivered a custom Magento template for Speevers, translating a Figma design into a live, functional e-commerce experience. The project encompassed theme development based on Magento Luma, a Magento version upgrade, and deployment to the client’s live server.… To ensure a smooth and efficient development process, I began by establishing a local development environment using Docker, precisely replicating the client’s live server configuration. This allowed for accurate testing and debugging throughout the project. Progress was shared weekly with the client via a protected staging environment. Upon client approval, the completed template was deployed to the live server, guaranteeing a seamless transition and eliminating any downtime for Speevers, resulting in a polished and performant online store.
